TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the award procedure is the supply, installation and operationalization of 23 above-ground digitalized ecological islands. Each eco-island will be made up of a variable number of individual modules, established for each site in accordance with Annex No. 2; each module including a mobile container with a nominal capacity of 1,100 litres. The total quantity is 92 modules, distributed as follows: a) 12 modules for biodegradable waste – 1.1 m³/module; b) 48 modules for residual waste – 1.1 m³/module; c) 15 modules for plastic and metal – 1.1 m³/module; d) 17 modules for paper and cardboard – 1.1 m³/module. Each eco-island will be equipped with a digital component consisting of the set of hardware and the software solution described in this specification. The Contractor shall supply and program the access cards in the quantity and in accordance with the allocation rule set out in Annex No. 1, including the reserve stock established thereby. Annex No. 1 shall indicate, for each eco-island, the number of cards, as well as the blocks, staircases and apartments to be allocated.
