TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the period 2026-2029, i.e. school years 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029, in the education units in Maramureș County included in the School Programme of Romania in accordance with the law, the following will be distributed: - packaged corn or bar, made from wholemeal/diet flour, which are not produced on the basis of frozen dough, the content of sugars, fats and salt of which must not exceed the limits provided in Annex No. 1 to Order of the Minister of Health No. 541/2025 for approving the List of foods not recommended for preschoolers and schoolchildren and the principles underpinning healthy nutrition for children and adolescents in pre-university education units; - plain pretzels or dried biscuits, packaged, made from wholemeal/diet flour, which are not produced on the basis of frozen dough, the content of sugars, fats and salt of which must not exceed the limits provided in Annex No. 1 to Order of the Minister of Health No. 541/2025.
