For the Clăbucet Skiing Area, it is necessary to purchase a snow grooming machine that ensures: • leveling, compacting and maintaining the snow layer; • preparing the slopes and the surfaces intended for snowboard tests; • distributing technical snow in areas with a deficit; • intervention in conditions with sloped terrain and reduced visibility; • reducing the time required to prepare the slopes; • maintaining uniform and safe conditions for athletes. The selection of a solution with diesel-electric hybrid propulsion is justified by the need to combine high working power with reduced fuel consumption and emissions. The transmission system based on electric drives and energy recovery during braking or driving downhill contributes to increased energy efficiency and reduced environmental impact. These characteristics are provided for in the funding request and in the minimum technical requirements of the Funding Guide.
