TENDER DESCRIPTION

Umeå University invites your company to submit a tender in a framework agreement procurement for the supply of physical electricity to Umeå University's external facilities/connection points. The facilities may change during the term of the agreement, in which case the corresponding change in the supply shall take place. No specific call-off is made for electricity energy deliveries. The procurement will be concluded with an electronic auction. The auction will begin at the earliest on the third day after the deadline for submitting tenders. Qualified suppliers will be invited by email to the concluding auction. When submitting bids, the same account must be used as when the tender was submitted.
