The contract timeline is as follows:

Contract Duration:

The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year. It can be tacitly renewed for 3 additional periods, each lasting 1 year. Therefore, the maximum duration of the contract, including all periods, is 4 years.

Contract Start Date:

The contract starts from the date of its notification.

For the execution of the market with the city of Grabels, the start date is 19/04/2027.

For the acquisition and delivery of individual protection equipment and sports clothing and shoes, the duration starts from 25/11/26.

It is stated that the contract start date is provisional and not contractual.

Key Milestones/Phases:

• Progress Plan Notification: The progress plan, established jointly by the parties, will be notified to the market holder within 2 months after the first meeting.
• Annual Progress Report: A regular follow-up of the actions implemented and an annual progress report of the progress plan are to be established, or at any time at the request of the group coordinator.
• Delivery Deadlines for Orders:
• For "standard" non-personalized articles (in-stock and out-of-stock BPU articles, and catalogue articles), the maximum delivery time is 21 calendar days.
• For personalized articles (in-stock and out-of-stock BPU articles, and catalogue articles), the maximum delivery time is 45 calendar days.
• Tacit Renewal Condition: The tacit renewal is considered accepted if no written decision to the contrary is taken by the contracting authority at least 3 months before the end of the framework agreement's validity period.

• Lot 01: Acquisition and delivery of image/protocolary clothing.
• Lot 02: Acquisition and delivery of work clothes and protective clothing, specifically including high-visibility and multi-risk items.
• Lot 03: Acquisition and delivery of personal protective equipment for the head, hands, and body.
• Lot 04: Acquisition and delivery of personal protective equipment for the feet.
• Lot 05: Acquisition and delivery of sports clothing and footwear.

The contract type is a framework agreement with a maximum amount, which will result in the issuance of purchase orders, with each framework agreement being awarded to a single economic operator.
