When carrying out this public procurement, the contractor for construction and installation works under the project “Major repair and rehabilitation of the municipal road GAB 3307 in the municipality of Tryavna” shall be selected. The scope of the subject of the public procurement provides for carrying out construction and installation works under the project “Major repair and rehabilitation of the municipal road GAB 3307 in the municipality of Tryavna”, including: • performance of construction and installation works, including delivery of raw materials and materials, mechanisation, labour and all services and activities necessary for the execution of the construction, in accordance with the technical specification and the bills of quantities; • warranty liability in accordance with the conditions and requirements of Ordinance No 2 of 2003 on the commissioning of construction works in the Republic of Bulgaria and the minimum warranty periods for execution of construction and installation works (СМР), in connection with Article 160, paragraphs 4 and 5 of the ZUT.
