In carrying out this public procurement, the contractor for construction and installation works under the project „Major repair and rehabilitation of the municipal road GAB 3307 in the municipality of Tryavna“ is to be selected. Within the scope of the subject of the public procurement, the performance of construction and installation works under the project „Major repair and rehabilitation of the municipal road GAB 3307 in the municipality of Tryavna“ is envisaged, including: • execution of construction and installation works, including delivery of raw materials and materials, mechanisation, labour and all services and activities necessary for the performance of the construction, in accordance with the technical specification and the quantities schedules; • warranty liability in accordance with the conditions and requirements of Ordinance No 2 of 2003 on commissioning of building works in the Republic of Bulgaria and the minimum warranty periods for the performance of construction and installation works, in relation to Article 160(4) and (5) of the Spatial Development Act (ZUT).
