TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service object is the implementation of a measure based on the legal basis § 16 k of the Second Social Code (SGB II). The main objective is the reintegration of participants into the regular system. The measure is considered successful if at least 80 percent of the supported participants, at the individual end of the comprehensive support, - again participate in counseling sessions with the respective employee of the contracting authority and agree on action steps for further development within the framework of a cooperation plan. Participants are employable beneficiaries from the legal area of SGB II. These persons are not accessible for conventional counseling and are furthermore affected by complex issues which are often not fully known. It is possible that individual persons or members of the benefit community are assigned as well as all members of the benefit community being participants. Some participants may have limited knowledge of the German language.
