TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the performance is the implementation of a measure on the basis of the legal basis set out in Section 16k of the Second Book of the Social Code (SGB II). The main objective is to reintegrate the participants into the standard system. The measure is considered successful if at least 80 percent of the funded participants, by the individual end date of the comprehensive support, - take part again in advisory meetings with the respective employee of the contracting authority and, within the framework of a cooperation plan, agree on steps for further development. Participants are employable eligible persons entitled to benefits under the legal scope of SGB II. These individuals are not accessible for conventional counselling and are also affected by complex problem situations, which in many cases are not fully known. It is possible that individual persons or members of the benefit community are assigned, and that all members of the benefit community are participants.
