TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement is the provision of the following services at all three Husum primary school locations plus an external site: - assuming responsibility as the provider and coordinating the Open All-day programme (OGS) in coordination with the respective school management and the City of Husum as the school authority; - ensuring reliable, paid-for childcare for primary school children with a legal entitlement to all-day support (enrolment starting in the school year 2026/2027); - reliable and paid-for childcare for primary school children in year groups that do not meet the legal entitlement; - organising, coordinating and implementing supplementary all-day offers for all primary school children at the three locations plus external site; - ensuring high-quality holiday childcare (up to four weeks of closure per school year permitted); - accompanying and supervising the midday meal provision; - accompanying and supervising homework care; - close cooperation with the school managements, the teaching staff body, and the City of Husum as the school authority.
