TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement is the provision of the following services at all three Husum primary school locations plus one outstation: - Taking over sponsorship and coordinating the open all-day programme (OGS) in coordination with the respective school management and the City of Husum as the school authority; - ensuring a reliable, paid childcare service for primary school children who have a legal entitlement to all-day support (students enrolling from the school year 2026/2027); - reliable and paid childcare services for primary school children in year groups that do not meet the legal entitlement; - organisation, coordination and implementation of supplementary all-day offers for all primary school children at the three locations plus the outstation; - ensuring qualitatively valuable holiday care (up to four weeks of closure per school year permitted); - accompanying and supervising lunch provision; - accompanying and supervising homework support; - close cooperation with the school managements, the staff body and the City of Husum as the school authority.
