Open procedure tender for the award of mixed concession contracts, through a public-private partnership pursuant to article 193, paragraph 3 and article 176 et seq. Of legislative decree no. 36/2023 (Before amendment) for the definitive and executive design, works management and execution, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of energy requalification interventions as well as for the energy management of properties owned by and available to the friuli central university health authority divided into two lots without the promoter's right of pre-emption.
