TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tender concerns the armed surveillance service for the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Prato. The activities covered by this contract are better detailed in the Special Tender Specifications, to which reference is made. This contract is not divided into lots as the parts it consists of lack functional autonomy and are not suitable to be activated independently without the completion of the remaining fractions; therefore, being a single-unit service contract, it is awarded in its entirety. The participation criteria are such, in any case, as to allow access also to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.
