TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tender concerns the armed security guard service for the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of Prato. The activities forming the subject of this contract are set out in greater detail in the Special Tender Specifications (Capitolato Speciale d’Appalto), to which reference is made. This contract is not divided into lots because the parts of which it is composed lack functional autonomy and are not suitable to be activated independently, without completion of the remaining portions; therefore, as this is a single services contract, it is awarded in its entirety. The conditions for participation are such, in any event, as to allow access also to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.
