TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Foundation Prussian Palaces and Gardens intends to carry out extensive measures on the site of Charlottenburg Palace, Spandauer Damm 10-22, 14059 Berlin, in several sub-sections, to refurbish the outdoor facilities including water supply and disposal. Individual areas such as the palace terrace, the theatre square and the Fürst garden have already been completed. The courtyard is enclosed by the Old Palace, the kitchen and the cavalier wing, and serves as the entrance area for the museum area of Charlottenburg Palace. Today, the courtyard is to a large extent completely paved with clinker stones from different time periods. The area is to be completely refurbished including the load-bearing layer and paved with new clinker stones. Not part of the refurbishment is the area with setts made of large stone around the equestrian monument, which, in the peripheral areas, is to be adjusted in height, if necessary, only.
