TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction site is located in the Berlin district of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, at the end of the dead-end Trebbiner Str. as a public access road to the technology museum, on the premises of the "Deutsches Technikmuseum Berlin". The following services are to be provided: Sanitary: The entire building services of the existing building part (Altbau) are to be renewed. The plan is to replace the entire sanitary installation in the building (Altbau), with the exception of the sanitary system that is used to supply the restaurant. Individual areas will remain, due to access requirements or allocation in the existing stock. Heating: In the WC areas, the existing cast-iron pipe radiators are to be replaced with modern panel radiators, including replacement of the radiator valves. The pipe connections will be adjusted. In the basement (UG), an automatic top-up feed device (autom. Nachspeiseeinrichtung) for the Altbau area will be installed. On the 5th floor (5.OG), a heating main run (Heizungstrasse) will be relocated.
