TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction site is located in the Berlin district of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, at the end of the cul-de-sac Trebbiner Str. as a public access route to the Technical Museum, on the premises of the “Deutsches Technikmuseum Berlin”. The following services are to be provided: Sanitary: The entire building services for the existing building (Altbau) section are to be renewed. The replacement of the entire sanitary installation in the building (Altbau) is planned; excluded from this is the sanitary system that is used to supply the restaurant. Isolated areas will remain as they are due to accessibility or allocation within the existing stock. Heating: In the WC areas, the existing cast-iron pipe radiators are replaced with modern panel radiators, including replacement of the radiator valves. The pipe connections will be adjusted. In the basement (UG), an automatic make-up feed device for the existing building area will be installed. On the 5th floor (5.OG), a heating main will be rerouted.
