TENDER DESCRIPTION

Hamburg Airport is tendering 5 catering units. They are intended to welcome all passengers, visitors and employees of the airport and to strengthen the image of the service-oriented airport. Overall, an attractive variety of catering should be provided, which in particular meets the expectations and needs of departing and arriving passengers. The offers and services are to be modern and internationally oriented. Most of the areas will become available in the 1st quarter of 2028, be dismantled and the new concepts implemented, so that Hamburg Airport is looking for an operator in the operating management contract for the subsequent areas. The landside outlet is planned in Terminal 1, E0, with approx. 200-260 m² including kitchen area, including seating area and a small sales counter in the middle. It is also intended to be the production site for all catering outlets tendered here. The drinks and food offering is completely ToGo and, with a fresh, rotating range, is intended to meet the needs of the target group from morning until evening.
