Structural core removal including accompanying building hazardous material remediation (asbestos-, KMF- and PAH-containing components) Section-by-section demolition of the above-ground building components made of timber, masonry and concrete construction materials up to top of ground floor slab (OK Bodenplatte EG) Demolition down to underside of UG ground floor slab (UK Bodenplatte UG), including foundations; structural and load-related separation of the demolition masses Demolition or securing of ducts and shafts • Layer-by-layer compacted backfilling of the pits and ground depressions created during demolition • Creation of interim gravel parking lots on approx. 4,000 m² and lawn areas on approx. 11,000 m² • Demolition of the fences and boundary enclosures
