TENDER DESCRIPTION

In implementing the project, the contracting authority intends, in consideration of the recommendations of the jury, to commission the first prize winner with the design services - Building and Interiors, service phases 1 - 9 according to § 34 HOAI 2021 (Fee Zone III) - Technical Equipment, service phases 1 - 9 according to § 55 HOAI 2021, - Structural Planning, service phases 1 - 6 according to § 51 HOAI 2021, - as far and as soon as the task underlying the competition is to be realized, - provided that no important reason opposes awarding the contract, - as far as the budgetary conditions are met, - as far as at least one of the eligible applicants whose competition entry has been awarded a prize guarantees flawless execution of the services to be transferred. The commissioning will be carried out in stages. Commissioning of the next stage can only take place if the budgetary requirements are met. There is no legal entitlement to commissioning these services.
