TENDER DESCRIPTION

In implementing the project, the contracting authority intends to commission the first prize winner with the planning services - Building and interiors, LPH 1 - 9 according to § 34 HOAI 2021 (Fee Zone III) - Technical equipment, LPH 1 - 9 according to § 55 HOAI 2021, - Structural planning, LPH 1 - 6 according to § 51 HOAI 2021, - insofar and as soon as the task underlying the competition is to be realized, - provided that no important reason opposes a commission, - insofar as the budgetary conditions are met, - insofar as at least one of the eligible applicants whose competition entry was awarded a prize guarantees flawless execution of the services to be transferred. The commissioning takes place in stages. The commissioning of each subsequent stage can only occur if the budgetary prerequisites are met. There is no legal claim to the commissioning of these services. In the event of commissioning, services already provided by the office through the competition up to the amount of the awarded prize or recognition will not be remunerated again if the competition design forms the basis for further processing in its essential parts unchanged (§ 8 paragraph 2 RPW 2013).
