TENDER DESCRIPTION

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the procurement of a GC-HRMS system that can perform quantitative analysis on ultra low levels of environmental toxins in complex matrixes. The Norwegian Institute of Marine Research (HI) is one of Europe's largest marine research institutes and our laboratories are the National Reference Laboratory (NRL) for several parameters within the marine area. We would now like to expand our instrument fleet with a GC-HRMS system that can perform quantitative analysis on ultra low levels of environmental toxins in complex matrixes. The system shall provide the sensitivity, selectivity, mass resolution and quantitative performance required for routine monitoring, research, method development and activities at a national reference laboratory.
