TENDER DESCRIPTION
Asset and Construction Baden-Württemberg intends to partially renovate the existing WC cores as well as suspended ceilings at the University of Education Schwäbisch Gmünd. As part of the renovation, the WC areas on several floors will be renovated in sections. For the renovation of the suspended ceilings, existing HVAC installations are to be dismantled, stored on the construction site, and reinstalled after ceiling renovation. Approximate quantity overview: - Approx. 14 pcs installation walls for sanitary installation - Approx. 22 pcs WC units - Approx. 12 pcs urinal units - Approx. 13 pcs washbasins - Approx. 210 m drinking water pipe, stainless steel with insulation - Approx. 120 m wastewater pipe, sound-insulated plastic pipe with insulation - Approx. 10 m air duct, galvanized steel sheet - Approx. 30 pcs plate valves - Approx. 60 m dismantling of drinking water pipe - Approx. 140 pcs removal and reinstallation of existing air outlets
