TENDER DESCRIPTION

Vermögen und Bau Baden-Württemberg intends to partially renovate the existing WC cores and suspended ceilings at the Pädagogische Hochschule Schwäbisch Gmünd. As part of the renovation, the WC areas will be renovated section by section over several floors. For the renovation of the suspended ceilings, existing HVAC installations are to be dismantled, stored on site, and reinstalled after the ceiling renovation.
