Brief description of the project: New construction of an orthopaedic operating theatre Here: earthworks, shoring, infrastructure and structural works, roof waterproofing work with external landscaping This construction project consists of several lots, which are to be awarded as separate specialist lots. The estimated total contract value of the overall project exceeds the EU threshold in force at the time of publication of the contract notice. The present construction contract constitutes a specialist lot of the overall project and, pursuant to § 3(7) VgV, is to be published EU-wide in the Open Procedure. It is pointed out that, in addition to this open procedure, other national and EU-wide award procedures will be carried out.
