* Dates for carrying out the main service on the construction site: Start of performance 21.02.2027; end of performance 22.05.2028 * Individual dates: Overarching commissioning phase and test operation from 22.5.2028 to 21.11.2028 * Description of the procurement: Description: - Six ISPs with stand-alone DDC and touch displays for decentralized operation of the MBE - MBE/GLT in the existing building (IPM) is used; for this, expansion by two floating license extensions and 3,000 data point extensions - Control of heating and chiller control at the central units and in the rooms including buffer control with associated commissioning sensors (approx. 70 pcs.) and valves (approx. 170 pcs.) etc. - Control of the VSR and BSK (approx. 50 pcs. + approx. 80 pcs.) - decentralized energy billing concept with corresponding meters (heat and cooling, gas, water) (approx. 80 pcs.) - Supply and control of all field devices and operator devices (approx. 85 pcs.) - Stand-alone GWA which has been configured as a hazard management system including relevant reserves - Integration of the two stand-alone air handling units and the three 4-pipe heat pumps
