TENDER DESCRIPTION

The building and contents insurance of the municipality of Kürten is being tendered. The total sum insured for buildings amounts to EUR 114,426,834.00 and for the contents to EUR 7,267,100.00. The insured perils are fire, water damage from burst pipes, storm/hail and, for the contents section, additionally burglary/theft. In addition, a glass breakage insurance for several buildings, which can be taken from the list of properties, shall be concluded. Furthermore, an insurance against natural hazards shall be part of the offer. Offers are to be submitted with a deductible of EUR 1,000.00 per loss (maximum EUR 12,000.00 p.a.) and alternatively with a deductible of EUR 2,000.00 (maximum EUR 20,000.00 p.a.).
