TENDER DESCRIPTION

Building and contents insurance for the municipality of Kürten is being tendered. The total insured sum for buildings is EUR 114,426,834.00 and for contents is EUR 7,267,100.00. The insured perils are fire, water damage from pipes, storm/hail and, in the contents section, additionally burglary/theft. In addition, glass breakage insurance for several buildings, which can be taken from the list of objects, is to be taken out. Furthermore, insurance against natural hazards is to be included in the tender. Offers are to be submitted with a deductible in the amount of EUR 1,000.00 per loss (maximum EUR 12,000.00 per year) and alternatively with a deductible in the amount of EUR 2,000.00 (maximum EUR 20,000.00 per year). The deductibles in the insurance against natural hazards differ and can be found in the tender documents.
