TENDER DESCRIPTION

A building and contents insurance is to be offered. The contract start date is 01.01.2027. The insured building sum is approximately EUR 230 million. The insured sum for the contents is approximately EUR 13.5 million. It is intended to agree maximum indemnities and annual maximum indemnities at an appropriate level. The maximum indemnity for fire insurance with approximately EUR 45 million per claim is to be agreed; for water damage, storm/hail and burglary, a maximum indemnity of EUR 10 million per claim and an annual maximum indemnity (JHE) of EUR 25 million per claim are vorgesehen. Further information in this regard will be provided in the negotiated procedure. The following requirements are minimum requirements: The insured perils are fire, water damage and storm/hail damage under the building insurance, as well as fire, water damage, storm/hail damage and burglary damage under the contents insurance.
