"* Dates for carrying out the main service on the construction site: Start of performance 15.02.2027; end of performance 25.02.2028 * Description of the procurement: Cross-trade building automation for an institute building. Building services plants for heating and cooling consisting of district heating, geothermal energy use, air-to-water heat pump and compression refrigeration. Heating and cooling via underfloor heating and cooling, activation of building components, local heating surfaces, air-handling units and technical cooling. Ventilation system with approx. 4,300 m³/h, partial air-conditioning system with approx. 14,500 m³/h, 2 full air-conditioning systems each approx. 2,500 m³/h. Approx. 1,400 physical data points. Building automation in accordance with AMEV Gebäudeautomation and AMEV BACnet."
