General note on product-specific requirements: For the area “optional service station” (4th floor of House A1 and House A2), there is a design, room and equipment concept agreed in coordination with Verband der Privaten Krankenversicherung e.V. (PKV). Therefore, as a result of this concept, specific products must be offered for the relevant trades of building services (see also any notes and/or information in the tender documents). Extension of an existing building automation system by two information focuses with physical and virtual data points of the trades Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary, Medical gases, Electrical engineering and Refrigeration. Installation of field devices, expansion of the existing building management/control system. Due to the agreed design and room concept, and due to the expansion of the existing system, the specified products of the automation and switchgear cabinet equipment must therefore be offered from the manufacturer stated in the bill of quantities.
