TENDER DESCRIPTION
General note on product-specific requirements: For the area “Optional services station” (4th floor (4. OG) House A1 and House A2), there is a design, room and equipment concept coordinated with the Association of Private Health Insurers (Verband der Privaten Krankenversicherung e.V. (PKV)). Therefore, for the relevant trades of Building Services Engineering, certain products must be offered in accordance with this concept (see also any notes or details in the tender documents). Extension of an existing building automation system by two information focal points with physical and virtual data points for the trades Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary, Medical gases, Electrical engineering and Refrigeration. Installation of field devices, extension of the existing building management and control technology. The specified products for the automation and control cabinet equipment must, due to the coordinated design and room concept as well as due to the extension of the existing system, be offered without exception from the manufacturer stated in the bill of quantities.
