TENDER DESCRIPTION

The two-storey building (ground floor, 1st floor) will be implemented as a standalone new building. It includes the required rooms coordinated with the school administration office and the school. The class size is 28-30 students. The new building is to be erected on the site of the current Pavilion I and II of the Röntgen Gymnasium. To this end, the two existing pavilions will be dismantled. The plot is bounded to the north by Christhauserstraße, to the east by Hentzenallee, and to the west by Röntgenstraße. The new building will be constructed on the existing school property (district Lennep, plot 486) in the southern area. The dimensions of the building in the floor plan are approximately 64.0 x 16.5 m. The main access to the school complex is via Christhauserstraße. Here there is a direct and barrier-free connection to the schoolyard. From the schoolyard, the main and barrier-free entrance to the new building in the north facade can be reached. The entrance on the west facade is accessed from Röntgenstraße. There is a generous staircase here leading to the entrance of the new building and to the schoolyard.
