TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the planning, delivery, installation, programming, commissioning and documentation of a building automation system in accordance with the recognized rules of technology as well as the applicable standards and guidelines. The building automation is used to monitor, control, regulate, optimize and operate the building services equipment. For this purpose, all required automation stations, field devices, control cabinets, operator and observation facilities, communication networks, and software and management systems must be supplied and installed ready for operation. The scope of performance includes in particular: - Construction of the ASP 200 - Delivery and installation of automation stations, DDC controllers, field devices, sensors, actuators and bus systems. - Creation and implementation of the control, regulation and monitoring functions for the technical systems to be automated. - Integration of the technical systems, in particular heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, refrigeration, sanitary and electrical engineering systems, into the building automation system. - Establishment of all required communication connections and interfaces to…
