TENDER DESCRIPTION

The city of Emsdetten intends, at Padkamp 20 in 48282 Emsdetten, to refurbish and extend the Kardinal-von-Galen primary school and to construct a two-court sports hall. The existing building of the school to be converted will, as part of the construction works, be completely demolished in sections. The remaining areas will subsequently be refurbished and extended. The trade “Building automation” is being awarded herein. The overall area is essentially divided into: - Building component: refurbishment of school (3,910 m³ GFA) - Building component: extension of school (12,044 m³ GFA) - Building component: extension of sports hall (14,827 m³ GFA). Rough breakdown of building automation: Field devices: approx. 230 units, MSR control cabinet distributors: 5 units, floor distributors: 4 units, floor distributors ÜSS: 2 units, cable routes: approx. 2,350 m.
