TENDER DESCRIPTION
The district of Nienburg/Weser plans the construction of a new fire and rescue technical operations centre (FTZ) in the commercial area of the town of Lemke, municipality of Marklohe. This is a replacement building for the existing FTZ on Verdener Landstraße in Nienburg. The space programme includes approximately 8,200 m² of usable floor area, as well as approximately 9,140 m² of outdoor areas—movement and training areas. For this purpose, an approximately 3.4 ha building site area is available. As part of the project, the installation of a building automation system is planned. The building automation comprises the automation level, the room automation level and the management level for monitoring, control, regulation and visualisation of the technical systems. The project provides two central automation focus areas. In addition, automation focus areas are located in the vehicle bay, the workshop hall and the logistics hall. For room automation, room automation distributors are arranged in the respective sub-distribution areas of electrical engineering.
