TENDER DESCRIPTION
The city of Emsdetten intends, at Padkamp 20 in 48282 Emsdetten, to refurbish and extend the Kardinal-von-Galen elementary school and to construct a two-court sports hall. As part of the construction project, the existing building of the school to be converted will be completely demolished in partial areas. The remaining areas will subsequently be refurbished and extended. The contract package "building automation" is to be awarded. The total floor area is essentially divided into: - Building section refurbishment school (3,910 m³ BRI) - Building section extension school (12,044 m³ BRI) - Building section extension sports hall (14,827 m³ BRI). Approximate breakdown of the building automation: Field devices: approx. 230 units, MSR control cabinet distribution boards: 5 units, floor distribution boards: 4 units, floor distribution boards ÜSS: 2 units, cable ducting: approx. 2,350 m.
