TENDER DESCRIPTION
The district of Nienburg/Weser plans the new construction of a fire and rescue services technical operations center (FTZ) in the commercial area of the town of Lemke, municipality of Marklohe. This project is a replacement new building for the existing FTZ on Verdener Landstraße in Nienburg. The spatial programme includes approx. 8,200 m² of usable floor area, as well as approx. 9,140 m² of outdoor areas – movement and training areas. For this purpose, an approx. 3.4 ha construction site is available. As part of the project, the installation of a building automation system is planned. Building automation includes the automation, room automation, and management level for monitoring, controlling, regulating, and visualizing the technical systems. The project provides for two central automation focus areas. In addition, automation focus areas are located in the vehicle hall, the workshop hall, and the logistics hall. For room automation, room automation distribution boards are arranged in the respective sub-distribution areas of electrical engineering.
