TENDER DESCRIPTION

Notwithstanding repair work already carried out on the Stadtkirche Meiningen, there is still a significant need for renovation. In particular, the natural stone facades, roof and structural framework constructions, as well as the historic leaded glass windows show damage due to age and weathering, which requires comprehensive and coordinated renovation planning. Against this background, the Stadtkirche is to be restored sustainably, taking into account requirements relating to heritage conservation, structural considerations, restoration aspects and economic efficiency, and secured in the long term for its future use. The aim is a phased implementation-capable overall renovation with the greatest possible preservation of the historic fabric. To carry out the planning services, the following specialist lots will be awarded as part of this tendering procedure: Lot 1 - Building object planning pursuant to §§ 33 et seq.
