TENDER DESCRIPTION

Notwithstanding repair work already carried out on the St. Marien City Church Meiningen, there continues to be a considerable need for refurbishment. In particular, the natural stone façades, roof and structural framework constructions as well as the historical leaded glass windows show damage due to age and weathering, which requires comprehensive and coordinated refurbishment planning. Against this background, the church is to be sustainably repaired taking into account heritage conservation, structural, restoration-related and economic requirements, and secured in the long term for its future use. The aim is a phased implementation of comprehensive refurbishment with the greatest possible preservation of the historical building fabric. To carry out the planning services, the following specialist lots are awarded within the scope of this procurement procedure: Lot 1 - Building object planning pursuant to §§ 33 et seq. HOAI Lot 2 - Specialist planning structural engineering planning pursuant to §§ 49 et seq. HOAI Lot 3 - Restoration specialist planning
