TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to award the object planning - buildings and interior spaces pursuant to § 34 ff HOAI as well as adjacent outdoor facilities in accordance with RLBau for the construction of a teaching and research facility for poultry in the AEVZ Merbitz. The gross floor area according to DIN 277 in m² is approximately: 1,100. The contracting authority intends to award building planning pursuant to Part 3, Sections 1 and 2 of HOAI 2021 with service phases 2-9 for the construction project: - construction of a teaching and research facility for poultry with poultry house laboratories in the agricultural and food science experimental centre (AEVZ) Merbitz. The contract will be awarded in stages as follows: Stage 1 (LPH 2-4), Stage 2 (LPH 5), Stage 3 (LPH 6-7) and Stage 4 (LPH 8-9). With the award of the contract, Stage 1 (LPH 2-4) will initially be commissioned. There is no entitlement to the award of further stages or service phases. For the award of further service phases, at least the financing must be ensured.
