TENDER DESCRIPTION

Refurbishment of the listed Lortzingschule school building, Lortzingstr. 1, 79106 Freiburg, The subject of this procedure is building design services for performance phases 1-9. The contract is awarded in stages. In stage one, performance phases 1-3 are awarded. There is no entitlement to the award of the respective further stage. A negotiated procedure with a participation competition is carried out in accordance with § 14(3) and §17 VgV in 2 stages for building design services in accordance with HOAI, Part 3, Section 1, § 33 et seq. The building ensemble of the Lortzingschule is currently largely in the condition from the time of construction (1950s) and is protected as a monument. The condition of the buildings results in comprehensive refurbishment needs that cannot be implemented within the scope of normal building maintenance. The aim of the refurbishment is to secure the permanent preservation of the existing building stock with appropriate modernisations.
