TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of the listed Lortzingschool, Lortzingstr. 1, 79106 Freiburg, The subject of this procedure are building planning services for service phases 1-9. The assignment will be made in stages. In stage one, service phases 1-3 will be assigned. There is no entitlement to the assignment of the respective further stage. A negotiated procedure with a participation competition will be carried out in 2 stages in accordance with § 14(3) and §17 VgV for building planning services under HOAI, Part 3, Section 1, § 33 et seq. The building ensemble of the Lortzingschool is currently, for the most part, in the condition from when it was built (1950s) and is protected as a historic monument. The condition of the buildings results in extensive renovation needs that cannot be implemented as part of ordinary building maintenance. The aim of the renovation is to ensure the long-term preservation of the existing buildings with sensible modernisations. The scope of these measures is to be developed on the basis of an overall consideration of legal requirements, technical feasibility, requirements under monument protection law, the highest possible energy efficiency, and the project funds.
