TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conversion of the former Karlskaserne for use as a school, Europaplatz 1, 79098 Freiburg. With the reintroduction of G9 for the school year 2025/26, there will be an increased need for classrooms at the grammar schools in Freiburg that can no longer be met within the existing structures. To cover the additional space requirement, the former Karlskaserne building, currently used as an administration building, is to be converted into an outpost for the grammar schools in Freiburg. The subject of the procedure comprises object planning services for buildings and interiors pursuant to HOAI, Part 3, Section 1, § 33 et seq. A negotiated procedure with a public participation competition is carried out in accordance with § 119(5) GWB in conjunction with §§ 14(3) no. 2, 17(1) VgV, 74 VgV. The two-stage procedure includes the public participation competition (Stage 1: selection phase) and the negotiated procedure (Stage 2: tender and negotiation phase).
