Regular Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Semi-annual Cleaning of Horizontal Surfaces: All horizontal surfaces over 180 cm are to be cleaned twice a year.
• Optional Special Cleaning: This covers cleaning for significant contamination, such as in offices and on carpets, to be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis. Planned special cleanings must be communicated to the contractor at least four weeks in advance.
