The contract timeline is as follows: The contract begins on January 1, 2027, and initially ends on December 31, 2028. There is a possibility for two extensions, each for an additional year. The contract will be tacitly extended for another year if not terminated nine months before December 31, 2028, or before December 31, 2029. The latest possible end date for the contract is December 31, 2030. A probationary period of 6 months is also agreed upon.

• Maintenance cleaning ("Unterhaltsreinigung") of the facility.
• Deep cleaning ("Grundreinigung"), with the goal of achieving a like-new condition, particularly for floors.
• Cleaning of various surfaces and fixtures, including non-textile, wood, parquet, and textile floors; walls; ceilings; doors; door frames; partitions; windowsills; tables; chairs; upholstered furniture; shelves; whiteboards; mirrors; lighting fixtures; dispensers for towels, soap, and disinfectant; and washbasins with fittings.
• Waste management, such as emptying and restocking waste bins.
• Removal of specific dirt, including chewing gum, heel marks, and minor stains.
• Dust and cobweb removal.
• Preparation of an operational plan by the contractor in January to clearly outline cleaning schedules.
• Adherence to manufacturer instructions for drying times during cleaning and care work.
• Moving and returning furniture (excluding permanently mounted items) for cleaning purposes.
• Documentation of deep cleaning and sealing work through a sealing protocol.
• Ensuring the buildings and used areas are left in an impeccable condition after work completion.
• Calculation of costs for maintenance cleaning.
