The contract is scheduled to begin on January 1, 2027, and initially end on December 31, 2028. There is a possibility of two extensions, each for one year. The contract will automatically extend by one year if not terminated nine months before December 31, 2028, or December 31, 2029. The latest possible end date for the contract is December 31, 2030. A probationary period of 6 months is also part of the contract terms.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the comprehensive maintenance cleaning of the administrative building "Phoenix-Galerie" located at Hansastr. 7, 46236 Bottrop. The services, effective from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2030, include a wide range of specific cleaning tasks for various areas and items within the building.

Key deliverables and tasks include:

• Floor Cleaning: This encompasses removing coarse dirt, wet mopping non-textile floors, damp wiping wooden and parquet floors, removing scuff marks, stains, and chewing gum from hard floors, vacuuming textile floor coverings (including runners and doormats), small-scale stain removal on textile carpets (max 10cm²), wet cleaning skirting boards, and cleaning dirt trap mats and grates.
• Inventory and Furniture Cleaning: Services include emptying, disposing of, wet cleaning, drying, and restocking waste bins. It also covers vacuuming upholstered furniture, removing small stains from seating, wet cleaning non-upholstered seating, and cleaning their legs, frames, and wheels. Tables are to be wet cleaned when cleared, with chairs being stacked or unstacked. Other tasks involve wet cleaning table legs and frames, removing chewing gum from under tabletops, wet cleaning chalk and sponge trays, dusting shelves and play equipment, wet cleaning whiteboards, screens, and pinboards (up to 2.00m), and other general furniture and fixtures.
• Sanitary Area Maintenance: This includes external wet cleaning and restocking of hand towel, soap, and disinfectant dispensers. Full-surface wet cleaning and drying of washbasins, shelves, fittings, and mirrors are also required. Specific WC tasks involve removing splashes from partitions and urinals, full-surface wet cleaning and drying of WC partitions and doors, and cleaning tiled walls in shower rooms and shower partitions up to ceiling height, including splash removal and complete wet cleaning and scrubbing of wall tiles.
• Wall and Ceiling Cleaning: Tasks include wet cleaning horizontal and vertical surfaces and frames up to 2.00m and over 2.00m, as well as removing cobwebs and dust.
• Door and Interior Element Cleaning: This involves wet cleaning doors, door frames, and partitions, along with cleaning windowsills when cleared.
• Fixture and Fitting Cleaning: Wet cleaning of accessible radiators and heating pipes, and wet cleaning of switches and sockets.
• Spot Cleaning and Special Surfaces: Removal of handprints from various surfaces (doors, frames, handles, walls, switches, control panels, interior glazing, handrails, cabinets) by wet cleaning. Also, removal and polishing of splashes and streaks on stainless steel surfaces, and professional maintenance of stainless steel elements up to ceiling height.
• Specialized Cleaning: This specifically includes completely emptying sports equipment rooms, wet wiping the floor, and re-arranging the sports equipment.
• Dusting: Dusting of light fixtures.
