TENDER DESCRIPTION

Project description: The P&R facility Garstedt, approved in 1976, was taken out of service on 15.12.2025, among other reasons, due to deficiencies in the structural system. The facility will be closed to the public and is intended to be used in future as an foundation structure that can be accessed for maintenance purposes. In addition to regular maintenance of the structural system, maintenance of accompanying specialist areas such as, for example, technical building equipment (TGA), fire protection, or to maintain the existing tenant fit-out is to be provided. Furthermore, the foundation structure will be accessed for maintenance purposes by the adjacent owners. The foundation structure of the P&R facility is to be transferred from a defective structural system to a secured structural system in three stages. The existing defective external waterproofing is, as a rule, not to be upgraded. The building services/house technology, occupational safety and fire protection areas are to be tendered separately, planned to be implemented. +++ Scope of services: For the repurposed foundation structure, a safety and maintenance concept for the existing structural system is to be prepared.…
