TENDER DESCRIPTION

Project description: The P&R Garstedt facility approved in 1976 was taken out of service on 15.12.2025, among other reasons, due to deficiencies in the load-bearing structure. The facility will be closed to the public and is intended to be used in future as an accessible foundation structure for maintenance purposes. In addition to regular maintenance of the load-bearing structure, maintenance for related specialist areas such as, for example, technical building equipment (TGA), fire protection or to maintain the existing tenant fit-out is to be provided. Furthermore, the foundation structure is to be accessed for maintenance purposes by the adjacent property owners. The foundation structure of the P&R facility is to be transferred from a defective load-bearing structure to a secured load-bearing structure in three stages. The existing defective external waterproofing shall, in principle, not be upgraded.
