TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the procurement procedure is to conclude an Agreement with one Contracting Party for coordinated photography and video production abroad. The Contracting Authority assumes a total estimated contract value, including option years, of approximately € 700,000,- excluding VAT and excluding indexing. This estimated total contract value is indicative and constitutes an estimate of the expected scope of the contract. No rights may be derived from this estimate. The maximum value of the orders to be placed under this Framework Agreement amounts to € 840,000,- excluding VAT, including indexing, during the entire term of the Framework Agreement. This amount constitutes the absolute and binding upper limit of the total value of all orders to be placed on the basis of this Framework Agreement. Once this maximum value has been reached, no further orders may be placed under the Framework Agreement.
